Zoeller's control panel for sewage grinder pumps is housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure which is approved for outdoor installation. Zoeller's control panels are available for simplex systems where they control only one single pump, and for duplex systems where the control panel controls 2 pumps, alternating turning them on and off. Three floats control the on level, off level and the high water alarm level, which also turns on both pumps to eliminate the high water condition. The control panel is equipped with circuits which automatically reverse the direction of the cutter blades after each pumping cycle. A visible light with polycarbonate cover indicated a high water condition. Numbered terminal strips are furnished to help speed the connection of each pump. Each panel comes with a wiring schematic and a trouble shooting guide and are UL listed and labeled.

The panel for use with the 840 sewage grinder pump is a 230V single phase control panel which is designed for 17.2 amp draw with a maximum 20 amps.
