LOW FLOW WATER SUPPLY SOLUTION INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS |
DEAN BENNETT SUPPLY |
The low flow water supply package system is easy to install. There is a float valve for the water input, where you will connect your water supply line into. This will keep your water reservoir tank full, and will close off your water incoming line when the tank is full. There is an overflow port at the tank top, which will be piped to a drain, to protect against failure of the float valve from closing. Down on the side of the water reservoir tank, there is a threaded port. This is where you will pipe the water tank to the inlet of the jet pump shallow well ejector package, that is on the front of the pump. From the top of the jet pump, you will pipe the water to the inlet of the check valve going into the pressure tank tee. Both the pressure tank, and the pressure switch are set for 30-50 psi operating range. The pressure switch has a low pressure cut off feature, that will stop the pump if the incoming water supply should experience an interruption. This can protect your jet pump from running out of water and being damaged. Power will go into the pressure switch, then into the jet pump motor. Be sure you are using the same voltage power for both the switch and pump. The pump has the option of switching wires in the back of it to run either 115V or 230V, depending on what your power source is. The pressure switch is usable with either voltage. The pressure tank tee exit point will go to your water lines for your house.
