Deluxe fitting kit to plumb in a water line to a water pressure tank.

When installing a water pressure tank, there are fittings needed. This kit will provide the most common elements needed to put your water pressure tank into service.

Dean Bennett Supply at 800-621-4291 can furnish everything necessary for plumbing your pressure tank into your water well system, to give you even, desirable pressure in your house.

The long tank cross tee goes back under the tank to the center tap where the water goes in and out.

The pressure switch is elevated by use of a 1/4" x 4" long brass nipple. That way it is easier to tighten into place without banging into other components, and screws into the top of the tee.

The pressure gauge is screwed into the top of the tee so you will be able to determine the pressure on the system at that point.

A check valve is supplied ( not pictured ) to prevent water from going back toward your well, and only toward the house destination.

A boiler drain valve is included for draining your pressure tank, or water lines, when the time is necessary.

We also recommend a 100 psi pressure relief valve, which will pop off if pressure should get high enough in your system. Air-E-Tainer pressure tanks are recommended for a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi.
