Zoeller E840 #8400004  2 HP 230V Single Phase Grinder Pump            $ 1850.00

Zoeller's 840 Commercial Sewage Grinder pump has durable heavy duty finned cast iron construction, with a 2 HP 230V 60 cycle 3450 rpm motor. The hardened stainless steel cutter rotor is reversible so the pump cuts in the opposite direction each time it starts. All 840 grinder pumps use a control panel that determines the direction the pump will run. The control panel has 3 floats that signal to turn the pump on, turn the pump off, alternate from one pump to the other, and high water conditions which will turn on both pumps and an alarm.

Motor is furnished with 20 feet of multi conductor power cable, and is rated for 130 degree F liquids continuous duty operation at 1.15 service factor. Reversible cutter action doubles cutter life by allowing both sides of the cutter to work. this also helps to reduce maintenance because the reversing action frees many troublesome jams and hang ups, and extends the life of the motor by eliminating overload conditions, which can be caused by cutter jamming.

Two moisture sensor probes warn of any impending seal failure. A vent hole prevents air locking. Balanced bi-directional bronze vortex impeller with top pump out vanes for seal protection is keyed and bolted to the shaft. When the motor is reversed, the pump produces the same performance, whether clockwise or counter clockwise.

The discharge of the Zoeller 840 Sewage Grinder Pump is 1 1/4" designed for vertical discharge only, and uses a cast iron check valve which is rated for 50 psi which is equivalent to 115 feet of head pressure.

The 840 sewage grinder pump is 21 3/8" high, 14 5/8" wide and weighs 135 lbs.

THIS PUMP IS NOW A DENVER STOCK ITEM READY FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.
